    Metallica!!!...hahaha That really is my top choice, but since they're "not allowed" I would have to go with either Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Anthrax, or System of a Down. All very different, but all very good. Metallica!!!

    Cold Crash, how cold is too cold

    If you have a problem with under-attenuated brews then maybe pitch a bigger yeast starter, increase your ferment temperature, and/or leave it fermenting for longer. Then, if you wish to cold crash, it should be fine. I think that the beer might have been savable since there was nothing...

    You can still prime a keg and dispense with one of those $20 keg chargers. Cheaper in the short term.

    Do homebrewers like to cook?

    Hell yes! I love cooking and can see what you mean when you say it is similar to brewing. Both require patience, practice, knowledge of ingredients and techniques, and both give you something awesome in the end. Cooking seems a little cheaper though :D
