I totally forgot to upload a picture will everything going on this summer.
Photo is a bit darker in color then it really is but overall this came out Good.
I will say it took a while to Clear up after cold crashing and is not as crystal clear as jdubdvdt's but it could be due to the...
Well I had a hard time finding Frozen Raspberries, so I used a 4lb bag of Costco mixed berries, (raspberries, blueberries,& blackberries), along with 12oz of fresh raspberries that I froze, (wow they were around $3 for a 6oz container). Added the mashed up fruit to primary around day 4...

30.4% White Wheat
19.5% Torrefied Wheat
10% Weyermann Vienna (not barke)

Sounds good.
I have most of the grains in stock except my Weyermann Vienna is just the regular not the Barke but it will have to do. I just need the Torrefied wheat, Hops and fruit. Bobby does not carry the amoretti and the other LHBS by me, (actually closer), wants $32.99 for 8oz...
I have only made a brewers best Mango sour "kit" that used the Philly Sour yeast. It was not bad at all for a extract kit.
The thing I liked about this yeast was that it is NOT a Brett or wild yeast, so no need for separate fermenting equipment!
I also use 1/4 bbl kegs for fermenting and just...

1) Did not like all the threaded parts on the inside of the keg lid that could collect/harbor bacteria

I picked up a bunch of stuff form palchanesbrew the other day, all items are like new. Great guy and good prices. He has just about anything you could need for your brewery
Lots of information but I couldn't understand at the end on where they said you could go for more Help/information on brewing Grodziskie. Was it https://browargrodzisk.com/
Wish I could get my hands on some to try so I know what it should taste like. Anyone live in or go to Poland and try...
WOW Bobby that is a great solution! Helps to "even out" the odds.
Bobby is one of the last great Home brew shop left.
BrewHardware is a bit out of the way for me but I'll drive there at least a few times a year, (35min each way). Great place with the best prices and excellent customer...
Just a Idea to keep it fun > how about if a open spot wins the people in that column can order the listed kit at a reduced price. (x$ or x% off), or Everyone gets a % off their next order over x$$. (shipping not included?)
