The temp probe is located in T fitting coming from the ball valve.

Why can't I just turn up the fridge and allow a temp controller to control just fermwrap? If the fridge is cool enough to keep the carboy from getting to hot and the fermwrap is used to keep it from getting to cold. I only ask because I want to make a fermentation chamber.

How come someone could not just turn down the temp on a fridge and use fermwrap the keep the temp where it needs to be?

How did you get the tubing fished through the flat bar?
