I am very excited for my first BIAB brew. I have a Keggle that I plan to cool using a plate chiller. That clogging is my prime concern as I do not have an IC. any suggestions on how to ensure this isn't a problem?

thank you for the response. How long before they finish for you? I do not have a PH meter or a way to measure the acid content so I most likely will not add anything except yeast and yeast nutrient.

dirtyb15, did you create or download the <EEPROMex.h> library? After some research I believe I found it, just not in the standard library. I have been planning to do a similar build for several years. Your work and assistance will be very very helpful..
