ok thanks for the advice and with the food flavouring I just found some on amazon when searching for wine concentrates so I was not sure if it would be ok for the mead like I said I wanted to see what kind of flavor to expect from it before i make one with real fruit
has anyone tried this and if so is it any different than using normal win yeast ?
I would also like to know if using food flavoring concentrate is safe in mead if im being too lazy about making my own fruit mead and wanted to see how extracts would taste in it ?
