I am planning my first coffin top keezer build and I am wondering how tall everyone's coffin tops might be. I want make sure that I leave enough space to fill growlers etc. Thanks for any input.

I have a straight 3" tap tower and I would like to add a 90 deg. elbow like the one shown in this picture. This will allow me to bring the beer lines out the side of my freezer/keezer build. Does anyone know where I can get just the elbow pictured?
