Hmmmm. So with a 6" fan would it be better to use 4" duct?

I think im going to cut the lip off entirely and boil at a lower percentage. Back to workshop. I'll report back next brew day

I had the same leaks I used food safe silicone and aluminum tape. The problem is now it all stays in the fan. see my video above.

So I got some videos from yesterday's brew. I'm wondering if I'm boiling to hard. I've a like a strong boil but since the move to electric I might be going to hard. I couldn't get a shot of inside the kettle boiling because of poor lighting and steam. What percentage is everyone running there...

I've been boiling around 70%-80% on the PID. I'm not sure of what my boil off numbers have been. Ill be brewing tomorrow and I'll try and get a video up tomorrow night.

I mill indoors. Ever since I started conditioning the grains prior to milling there is almost no dust. Another great reason to condition grains.

Bummer this didn't work out. I had a few friends asking about this brew. What if I just keg it and carb it? Is it worth a shot or should it just go down the drain? I haven't had to dump a batch yet and it might bring a tear to my eye to do so.

It had the silt on the bottom and when I read the label I dint think it had anything bad in it, but I guess I was wrong. So what should I do now?
