Flush mount or surface mount?
Was about to route it flush but got to thinking about cleaning it...and the benefit of it being flush vs surface mounted...
I also thought about making mouldings and maybe using a magnet to make one removable for easy access to the tray. So three sides would...

Really want to be a gun smith...and headed that way in a year or so.
Smoke and chaff burn off are clues for first crack...but you will hear it. 2nd cracks are faint, and smoke will go way up. I profile my roasts....ramping up heat as time goes on to delay the roast time. I usually roast light...city city plus. I hate over roasted beans...taste charred.
This is getting frustrating...seems that all of the ones listed as good choices are no longer available...Sanyo, Danby etc.
What is the best easily available - for under $200?
I am using Ball Lock and have a two faucet tower...

New to home brewing but I have been roasting for 8 years. Glad to answer anyone's questions. I roast with a SC/TO. Have built a few poppery roasters also.
Recently retired Marine...living in Va, from Fl going back once I get my house built.
New to home brewing, doing research on a kegerator now.
