Got to visit the ommegang brewery this past week and do the tasting. They put coriander and orange peel in most of their beers. I liked them all. I would like to try this too.

I had a saison like that. Almost poured it all out. Gave it another 2 weeks and it tastes better. In another 2 hopefully it's better.

BIAB is a great way to start all grain but no bag is easier for me. Made a 3 tier system and it's great. The cost at first isn't too bad as long as you keep it simple.

My dog Charlie loves beer and I had one that even he turned is nose up to. I mean the dog licks his butt and turned down my beer. I dumped that brew lol. I'm not drinking something that tastes bad.
