    Hi guys, I have a barley wine I’m ready to bottle today. The OG was 1.095 and FG was supposed to be 1.022 but ended up at 1.008. So my ABV is 11.4% For yeast I used 2pk US-05 and one Wyeast Scotish Ale 1728 Think there will be enough active happy yeast to bottle carb? I’m considering...

    Hi Guys I started with a Mr Beer kit in 2009 and brewed extracts off and on. In January of this year I bought a Blichmann 14gal conical and started all grain brewing. I still use my Mr Beer LBK (have 3 of them) for test 2.5gal batches and mostly do 5.5gal batches due to boil constraints...
