    I have another version of this same question. I've racked twice to where minimal yeast now in suspension. Going back to batch carb in a keg, adding honey (trying 'natural' ingredients) and possibly also more activated dry yeast and/or nutrients. Is there a guide for amount of new yeast...

    wort pump cleaning - Marks keg cleaner

    An idea: I put a QD fitting on top post of keg cleaner, hooked up hose to wort pump, and clean both at once without having to fill kettle. Just make sure keg cleaner is under pump!

    Single tier burners

    Thanks for suggestions, and taking apart burners revealed problem. The orifice had a screw in adjuster which came out of the problem burner. After re-installing, the flames are good!

    Having some difficulties with my HLT and mash burners. Can't get proper flame with both burners together. They are set up the same. These photos while using 30psi reg on the tank, going thru the manifold as shown. Any input appreciated!
