    bottling. highest gravity reading?

What is the highest gravity reading you can successfully bottle at? don't need any explosions. also, is one cup of priming sugar for a 5 gallon batch pretty much standard?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Noob here. I'm going to try the extract version of this recipe this weekend. My pot isn't big enough to do the full 6.5 gallons boil. Would a partial boil (say 3.5 gallons) make much of a difference?

    My First Brew

Can't wait to hear how it comes out. I turn at least two or three people on to Lonerider every shift I work. It's become my winter session beer. Rare for a porter.

    My First Brew

Hey now. Also in NC. Is this a recipe for The Lonerider Porter? Or maybe the Foothills Peoples Porter? Love those two. Also, just hit up Walker to be added to the google list for grabass. Sounds like it could be fun. Cheers big ears!

Being my first batch, Im just following the recipe. Was trying to make a light pilsner sesh beer. Wound up with pretty low gravity. Oh well. Just have to hope it tastes good!
