Made one of these a couple months ago and it turned out great. It was a huge hit so I think I'm going to repeat again today with some different hops. I bought some Simcoe and Cascade to throw in for a dry hop to try making a white ipa.
I'll be putting my first year Cascade and Perle hops in the ground this weekend. Getting excited to be growing my own hops. Weather should be good from here on out and frost season should be gone, hopefully!
So I brewed this up from the original recipe (almost) and it has been one hell of a fermentation. It's a week after and it's still very visible in the airlock seven days after brewing. I've brewed a couple IPA's but never had one bubbling away for this long. Anyone else experience this? Not...
