I have a beginners question for you. What kind of fermenter are you using that you can get a racking cane into without removing the blowoff tube from the fermenter. I am guessing there is a piece of equipment that I don't know about.

Yeah I put sugar in first. I think I got a small hiss when I opened the bottles. I guess I will have to check a few more and compare the hissing. I am off work and starting vacation so I will have no problem checking several more bottles. The last few were excellent.

I feel for ya man. I quit Copenhagen (I believe is the hardest to quit) a little over 4 years ago. My advice to you is to watch your eating habits because within a year and a half I put on over 100 pounds. I hit 329lbs. Good Luck with it.
