This was a Coopers IPA kit I souped up by steeping some grains and adding some hops during the 10 minute boil I did, fermenting in the primary for about 10 days and then dry hopping for three days. Should be ready to drink on 2/25/12. Let's hope it's tasty.

Well two of my favs are there.
SN Pale and Ranger IPA, I actually have those two kits waiting to be brewed, The SN Pale Ale kit will be brewed Saturday, with the Ranger a few weeks behind.
I love the Ranger IPA and bought a kit from Austin Homebrew that I am about to do for my 2nd batch. It had very good reviews at the site, may be worth a look.
