    What are you drinking now?

    A rigger of this delicious brew. Their 7.2% Bird Dog IPA aged in a Mt Difficulty Wines Chardonnay barrel, which then was filled with Cardrona Distillery gin, and then with said Bird Dog IPA. Ends up with an 8.5% beast of a beer. I queued for 20mins yesterday to get a rigger of this. It's good.

    Hi, After using exactly 1 packet of re-hydrated dry yeast for the first dozen or so extract + steeping grain brews I've done, I decided to use a yeast pitching calculator for a recent batch.
