    1-Gallon Brewers UNITE!

Started to mention finding 1 gal. LBMB, with and without spigot at Northern, but see already answered. I didn't find these at my usual store so I purchased a couple of 2 gallon buckets with lids. Was about to get another to drill and fit with a spigot when I heard about them here and order one...

I would think you should hit the same FG now. The sugar is still there regardless of boil off. Without addition, final and ABV would be slightly higher, right?

    Howdy

Been lurking here for a while, from Marshall, MI, a small town blessed with 2 breweries (Darkhorse and Grand River Brewing). Long time (on and off) homebrewer looking to get back into the hobby, most recently after a break from illness. Started with beet sugar and Blue Ribbon canned malt...

    Apple Cider Bottles Safe?

By some twist of the law in Michigan, cider bottles do not have a bottle deposit on them like beer bottles. Therefore, I have a growing collection of them from family members with that taste preference. I assume/hope they are safe for bottling homebrew, but before I spend the time soaking...
