    Two: a standard bucket with lid and a higher quality Speidel fermenter.

    Dry hopping with multiple hops

    A combination of Amarillo and Cascade gives a very nice aroma. I did it in a IPA extract brew, 50 grams (1.7 Oz) of each, Amarillo pellets and Cascade flowers. Four days dryhop in primary then bottled. But as said above, Chinook is also very nice for dryhop.
