I've only tested it on the side of my Keurig tank so far, works pretty well. I have it wired to latch in and stay on regardless of level after the initial check...
I've updated a drawing with a 2nd rev of the system, added some functionality including a 2nd temp controller just for monitoring (sight glass vs pump inlet probes), and moved the contactors before the ssrs.
Looking for input on my wiring diagram. I'm going to be using an EZboil PID to control 2x 5500w elements for 15-20 gallon biab batches. The sight glass level sensor is intended to drop out both element contractors to prevent dry firing.
Thanks guys, I checked and it does indeed say that my ds18b20 are parasitic. I've ordered the following probes based on one comment in the amazon review saying that it was working with brewpi back in Jan 2016. Fingers crossed that they haven't changed their supplier x.x...
I've been having a hard time with setting this up. I'm attempting to set this up on an official arduino uno with rpi 3 running jessie.

I actually keep my HLT temp to 165 and have a recirc bypass set of valves (one N/O, one N/C). When call for heat is initiated, the valves cycle opening the N/C valve and allowing wort to flow into the coil, when heat isn't required it bypasses the coil altogether and goes straight back to the MT.
Not sure if anyone has a use for this, came with the 102qt bayou classic stockpot and I don't need it. 18-1/2" in diameter x 20-3/8" tall. Flip out bracket for resting on side of a kettle.
I'm looking to get $40. Buyer to pay for shipping.
