I see RebelBrewer has torrified buckwheat and was wondering if anyone has used it? I'll email them to see if they know whether it's gluten free or not.
I brewed up my first batch of GF beer for my wife who has Celiac and assumed all dry yeast was gluten free using Coopers Ale yeast but then didn't see it on the list in the Sticky list.
Can anyone let me know if this yeast is okay or am I going to consuming an entire batch of new brew by myself?
After seeing how some Gluten Free beers are made by drawing off 3-4 quarts of clear mash fluid and then boiling the entire amount of grains I was wondering if this could be done with barley malt?
The boiled grains are cooled back down to 155 deg before reintroducing the clear enzyme fluid.
