    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

Did you mash at 158 or 148F? I see both mentioned in various places in this thread. Also, how do you arrive at 11.9 IBU? Entering your recipe in beersmith gives 16.3 IBUs?

    Customizing Festa Brew kits

I use all different hops. I recently took an IPA Festa Brew Kit and did a constant hop addition over 90 minutes (about 3/4 of the wort from the kit). It takes a long time to boil. I used Cascade, Warrior and Simcoe Hops (5 oz). 3 Oz for the boil and 2 for dry hopping. (did not dry hop with the...

    Customizing Festa Brew kits

I have added hops to festabrew kits by boiling some of the wort in a lobster pot with additional hops. I have also dry-hopped the kits. All with excellent results. If you do boil hops make sure to replace the water boiled off.

    Jasmine Honey Kolsch (PM)

Kinda curious how this turned out as well. Why not just brew a really strong batch of tea and add it to the wort?

My Favourite Unibroue is Trois Pistoles. Very tasty. Is the X10 different than the standard Fin du Monde?

    ABV change after priming?

You can also just let the beer go flat after it's carbonated then measure with a hydrometer(after accounting for the priming sugar in the OG). But the beer gods will hunt you down and kill you. Just add 0.2% and call it a day.

most tasteless beer with a cappable bottle?

Don't know if you get Lakeport Lager in your area. But it tastes like nothing and it's the cheapest beer money can buy. Not sure about the capping. Does Pabst make cappable bottles?

Dryhopped lager tastes like a Witbier

I recently brewed a continental pilsner using some Wyeast 2001 (Pils Urquell). Lager brewing temps weren't optimal because of the heat the past month (around 14C, but temps were up and down between10-15C all the time). I dry hopped in the secondary with cascade plugs and decided to "lager" after...
