    Just wanted to share some pics of the first brew day with the new system. My brother and I brewed an all grain extra pale ale just as a test run. The burners seemed a bit too large so we'll probly end up plugging some of the jets to get them under control but other than that it all ran flawlessly.

    thanks wonder, those numbers seem like a good place to start. And yes Ohio I get BYO and that is what gave me the idea as well. I have made this recipe before and sparged so I'm interested in making it with no sparge to see if there is in fact a flavor difference.
