So I bought a "food grade" fermenting bucket from my lhbs to put this in. I left it in a week and racked it to secondary last night. I washed the primary thoroughly yet it retains a strong beer smell and has a brown tint. My question is, Can I brew a lighter beer in it without picking up any off...
