Has anyone had success using the FastFermenter for wine making? I'm still confused with when to remove the collection ball. Wine experts instructions say to stir sediment back into the solution. Should I pour it back in from the ball or not do it.?
I am using the FastFermenter and am a little lost. My wine kit requires the sediment to be stirred back into suspension prior to stabilizing. How do I do that if the sediment is in the collection ball? Any help with understanding how to use the FastFermenter with wine kits would be appreciated.
