Ya it's so hard to take a pic since I don't want to move it and they say never to open the lid so I cant smell it. Just gonna give it another week after the last day of fermenting not gonna panic. Just was shocked because making wine years and a couple brooklyn brew kits I have never seen this...
Hey guys very hard to tell.. using mr beer kit and I haven't seen this befor it doesn't look like an infection. More like floaties. Their not spread all over the place just certin areas. The only bubbles I see is very small clear which looks like c02 bubbles? What do you guys think?
Hey thanks a lot. I'm pretty excited to do this. I have done some grain brewing using the Brooklyn brew kit. I use mr beer just because of the amount of room in my place. I like the idea of glass bottles as well. :)
How did the bottle priming taste? It came with carb drops but one drop is to big to put in a 355 ml glass bottle, it would probley explode. If I cut them in half I'm sure I would have un even carbonated bottles
I was just wondering how much corn sugar I would use for a whole batch in a mr beer barrel or even transferring to another one keeping down the splash when transferring. I want to use 355 ml glass bottles?
Ok guys I know I have asked this a million times. I just wanna Make sure. So I have 6 gallons of beer. I boil 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup of corn sugar in 1 cup of water then rack the beer into the bottling bucket with the hose at the bottom of the bucket then once full I began to bottle. And that should...
sorry for my bad knowledge of home brew slang but when you say rack over the top that means siphon from the bottom of the bucket going out the top of the bucket to the bottles? also do i give it a little stir once the brew goes into the bucket or will that cause huge foam?
