    I noticed that the nozzles/spouts are threaded, probably due to the higher pressure in the spout where the restrictor plate is. My regular taps cannot take a threaded spout, so I essentially have to visit the States again soon and pick up a less expensive one! Cheers

    Thanks for the reply. My main concern with Option 1 was the 6 hour lag time, but as long as I keep my sanitation in order it shouldn't be a problem. It is an American Blonde Ale, so the OG will be around about 1048. Four packs should suffice. Prost from Germany
