    I appreciate your help Doug, however I do not wish to use your option and have the parts - just wanting to make sure I'm wiring it correctly for what I do want to do, which is an SSR and SSVR combo with my normal PID.

    Dry Hop

    I have an IPA in secondary keg right now at 40 degrees. I want to dry hop, but not sure if it would be ok to pull keg out, let it warm to room temp for proper dry hop conditions, or if I should just French press an ounce of hops? Those of you who French press - best advice for aroma extraction?

    I brewed an amber lager and need to figure out what went wrong. It's not bad, but has a sweet smell to it that doesn't match the taste. My wife describes as a sweet smell like cider vinegar and a taste that doesn't seem to match. I used 11% flaked corn and 3% cane sugar. Could this have caused...
