I have had a Belgium Wit in my secondary fermenter for almost a month now and it was in the primary for 3 weeks. It was still bubbling until about 2 weeks ago, but I have not had time to bottle it and I won't have the time for about 2 more weeks. Is this going to be a problem? Can you leave it...

I used the White Labs Belgium Wit liquid yeast on Sunday and the beer is fermenting faster and harder than the dry yeast I used last time. I just poured it straight into the wort.
I just finished an extact Belgium Wheat Beer hoping it would turn out a little like Blue Moon. It is currently in the primary fermenter, but the color is pretty dark almost as dark as the Brown Ale I have in my secondary. What do you guys think? Will the beer clear up to be a much lighter beer...
