You can also use Sankey kegs with the spear removed as no chill fermentor. It's what I do.

Plant dolly. Moved 100 pound fermentors with it.

Moving hot fermenters is easy with a plant dolly. Just put the plant dolly underneath the fermentor, fill, then roll into position, no problem.
