Storing mixed beer line cleaner

Is there a beer line cleaner that can be stored in a sanke keg and wont degrade over 3-6 month of storage and wont destroy the keg?

I want to have a keg of cleaner on standby so i can run a gallon of cleaner through my line every couple of weeks. I don't want to have to assemble and disassemble a sanke keg every time I do it.

There are so many line cleaners out there - Five Star alone advertises five or six different solutions - there's probably no single answer to the degradation question.

Instead of storing pre-mixed cleaner, consider an alternate approach that won't tie up a keg, holds enough fluid to clean a half dozen tap lines, and doesn't require CO2 to work...
