    no honey I use the Canadian blonde extract, 700 dextrose & 500 grams dme with Nottingham yeast. The first 4 batches I made tasted better than any commercial beer I've bought. The last 3 uggh. As for cleaning I use saniton and then oxy san for sanitation.

    So it's been 36 days and I took a reading that is 1.02. Should it had stopped there or should I take another in 2 days to see if it's the same? If it's the same do I pitch more yeast? Like I said I used ec-1118.

    Thanks for the responses guys. I guess I'm anxious to get into kegging but I think I'll use the fridge as a fermenter then as controlling temps for that seems more important right now.
