    heh, so i swirled my fermenter ,raised the temp 1C a wwooollla! after 12 hours the yeast started again. when yeast is active i think the gravity will fall , right guys??

    Hi ppl I made a dark amber ale and at day 16 my fg was 1027 and today after 3 days my fg is 1030. My og was 1059 and i used s-33

    Hi everyone. I got a wierd problem. I took a sample of this beer 3 days ago (day 16) and it tasted great FG was 1027, and today FG is 1030!!! Is that normal??? Tasted the beer and still not bad but its got a bit of a aerated taste(its not 100% flat).

    Thanks just tell me ,under "beer temp" do i type the actual temp( because it just came out of the fridge) or do i type in the temp that it fermente at??

    Hi everyone , maybe its a stupid question but im really thinkin, when transfering beer from secondary to bottleing bucket , will the whirlpool REALLY mix the beer with sugar or should i mix it gently with something? PS sorry for my crapy english!
