    Yes but going to a tap thats almost unlimited seems very tempting. Bottles can be controled by how many you put in the fridge. Dose anyone over induldge that started kegging. Thanks dave

    Using Twist off Bottles for capping beers

    Thats all ive used. Some say canadas bottles work better i dont know. Ive had beer in twist off bottles for 3 years no problems maybe luck. I use a double leaver capper. Just dont let rootbeer get too warm in them you just touch the cap and the bottle is empty. my 2 cents dave

    There is two kinds of c02 avalable to me. Beer co2 at 75 dollars for 20lb Beverage c02 at 48 dollars for 20lb I would like to know if they both would work for home brew. Thanks Dave

    Liquid Yeast Question

    Thanks i will use the dry yeast and wash it to save money.From reading the forum i guessed i needed liquid yeast for clean crisp beer. I havent made great beer yet and thats my goal . At least not the first 2 after them my beer is great. Dave

    Close to prince albert. 18 inches of snow minus 5 nice day. Been brewing smash beers with coopers yeast . 2 row with cascade. pauls pale ale malt with hallertau. Dave
