Irish Car Bomb Stout - Seeking Recipe Advice

I'm trying to make an extract brew based off of the Irish car bomb adult beverage. Thank you in advance for any advice on how to replicate a similar flavor profile. I'm looking to make a real creamy milk stout with hints of whiskey and a sweetness comparable to Baileys. I currently have...

    First Timer With Mead Questions.

I like the sound of this recipe. I plan on a fairly large size batch - 15 gallons total. 3 of the 6.5gal plastic brew buckets, bulk aged then bottled. How would I adjust yeast according to size of the batch? Any advice on making sure it's all fairly consistent?

Best way to add fresh fruit? (Saskatoon berry)

I have the privilege of obtaining some saskatoon berries (similar to a blueberry). I was wondering what thoughts are on the best method of using fresh, whole berries. They're in the freezer now, but I've heard some make a puree or boil them down before hand. Any advice is appreciated.
