    hi i just got my hands on a pub style gas tank, its 70% nitrogen and 30% co2, will i be able to force cab my kegs the sameway im used to with co2, or will the nitrogen behave differently.

    ok very unsure on the calaculations think i need 7ft of 3/16 so ill cut to 7ft sound correct?

    i have a little problem with a very slow pour from my kegerator, my beer is cooled to 4 c i have approx 9ft of 3/16 beer line the pressure is approx 12 - 15 psi, somebody told me i needed 9ft of beer line or is this too long or too short.

    hi was after a little help with balancing my keg system,everytime i pull a beer its too foamy, i have a cornelius keg my beer is cooled to 3 celcius, the tube i have is approx 10mm and it is 7ft long, and i am using the set and forget method at 12-15 psi to carb and serve. I did read somewhere...

    When to rack?

    yes you always carb after fermination takes place, the yeast will feed on the priming sugar that u add, then u need to leave for approx 3 weeks to fully carb, hope this helps

    Youngs pear cider funny smell

    I have been brewing my first cider, its been 2 weeks now and i have noticed a funny egg smell coming from my bucket, it smells quite bad and off putting, i was wondering if anybody has has the same experence, also i plan to keg the cider in corny kegs, whats the best way to do this... 3 weeks...

    thank you for quick replys.. can i not just run two kegs of same bottle with a simple y conector, set it at say 12 psi leave at room temp. then place in fridge when ready? or can i just store the flat beer in the keg and carb when i need to

    hi i have just got my cornelius kegs and wanted to ask a few noobish questions. i normally leave my brew in fermintation for 3 weeks then bottle and leave for another 3 weeks. So this time, after fermintation do i just syphon beer into keg and leave for a few weeks or straight into fridge...

    setting the psi

    in the fridge ... i have set it at 12 psi but it seemed to of dropped alittle is this normal (2 psi at most)
