    so this buddy of mine tells me he has a huge hop vine in his yard ,and i can have at er.The only problem I have is I don't know if it's too late to pick them.they probably had a good frost or too by now ,and I really don't know if that's good or bad.Can anyone help me out here ?

    I was just wondering, how do most of you guys brew honey ales?What I mean is ,do you add the honey to the boil, or just throw it in the primary?I,ve been adding mine with 15min. to go in the boil,and wanna try something different. I also want to keep using real honey and not switch to honey...

    I have my tank outside my fridge,but I have everything in my basement .the temps are pretty stable all the time.

    I have check valves on my 4way manifold,so as you can see,I thought I was covered for back flow . Yes I have a dual body reg.Also I keep my tank turned on all the time.
