    CBW Pilsen Light. Pure malt extract. Concentrated brewers wort (uhhh?). Unhopped.

    I just picked up a Brewers Best Golden Belgian Ale and I found it odd there were no grains included, just LME and DME. I feel like every other extract kit I've made has included grains, so I'm just wondering if anyone has brewed this kit before and if there are recommendations for steeping...

    Hello everyone who is smarter and more experienced. I let my most recent brew sit in the fermenter for quite a bit longer than I had originally planned, and when I opened it up last night it looked kinda gross, almost moldy. I've read a few threads on here that said it's probably just yeast...
