I just brewed my first beer that required a blow off valve using the big mouth bubbler. I simply used a 3/8" OD 1/4" ID tubing in a #7 bung ran into a jug of star-san. It worked but it was pretty close to plugging a couple of times. I was wondering what other people use for their blow off tubing...
Thanks for all the replys. Everyone confirmed what I was thinking.. I just wasn't sure about keeping it in the leaky bucket but it sounds like it's a non issue.
Thanks for all the replys.. a lot of good ideas here and helpful information.. so if I had a beer finish a week or so before there was room on the tap to keep it all I would really need to do is bleed off the o2 with co2 in the keg and it will keep fine.. I'm new to all of this and learning...
