Wow perfect timing. I'm making my yeast starter tonight for my Kölsch that I'm brewing this weekend. This pumped me up!

I'm a greenhorn and still do mini-mash batches. However, if there is a partial mash out there too that would be great. Being from Texas I'd love to take a stab at this.
