I have a batch that has been in primary for 8 days now. Airlock activity has all but stopped, but there is still a thick layer of krausen on top. In my previous batches the krausen had all dissolved back into the beer by the time the airlock activity...
I'm about to bottle for the first time, and I am not sure if the priming sugar that came with my ingredients-kit is cane or corn sugar. It is a 5 oz bag of white stuff labeled "priming sugar". It is made by LD Carlson Company. I am hoping this is pretty commonly-known stuff and someone can help...
