You shouldn't keep the co2 tank in the cooler. Cold temperatures chances the gas rate dropping your psi.

So I have to be honest I didn't understand why people got so excited about brewing there own beer. So I brewed a batch and after 4 week of waiting I now want to apologize to all for doubting the homebrew community. For I have never tasted anything better then my own home brew (Belgian Ale).
