Need help with recipe and Falconer's Flight

I keep a couple of packs of S-05 in the fridge to have just in case things don't always work out. I'll try it without the other 2 hops and make a nice Amber Ale for the fall.

Need help with recipe and Falconer's Flight

Would you still use the Irish Red yeast? I thought about not using the Halletau or Northdown and calling it an American Amber.

Worst Commercial Beer You've Ever Had?

Anything from Sam Adams. I don't get all the fuss. I've tried the Boston Lager, Boston Ale and their Blackberry Wit. Just not a big fan of them.

How would you classify hops as personality traits?

Those are all great suggestions. What about "late bloomer" hops?

I have one brother who is hard working, another who is "lost" one who is lazy and another full of life. If you could take all the hops and...

    Good Greek Beers?

I lived in Turkey for 2 years, Izmir to be exact and learned to love the Efes, however it tasted better a little warm than cooler and from tap to be honest. I wouldn't mind doing a Mavi 44 or a Turborg Red clone just for memory sakes.

    Brewmasters Warehouse

Went to BMW last Monday and picked up supplies for a Hef and a Blonde that I will add cherries to. Got to meet Ed, but it was in a hurray. It was pretty cool that I could print off my recipe from their website in store to get filled. Ed even honored the 10% preferred customer code in store.

    Show Us Your Label

That's why I won't do it. Not based off of the books but off the movie, but it did not seem like a good idea.

    Show Us Your Label

I think they are pretty cool. I've been debating on doing a Black IPA and calling it "Mandingo" Black IPA
