I am trying to do a black IPA with some Falconer's Flight next weekend. This is what I have so far.

I keep a couple of packs of S-05 in the fridge to have just in case things don't always work out. I'll try it without the other 2 hops and make a nice Amber Ale for the fall.
I have a kit left over from the AHS 20 Anniversary, it's the Irish Red.
However I do have 1oz of Falconer's Flight that I wanted to try.
