I keep a couple of packs of S-05 in the fridge to have just in case things don't always work out. I'll try it without the other 2 hops and make a nice Amber Ale for the fall.

Would you still use the Irish Red yeast? I thought about not using the Halletau or Northdown and calling it an American Amber.

Thanks for your comments. I will definitely change the fonts on the side to something more readable. As far as the red, it's part of the California State Flag. I Could try something a little more muted and see how that looks. That red seems to be brighter than the red star.

I've even heard the term called "baby IPA" However this is for a Cali Style Pale Ale while giving a little love to Northern California.

I use inkscape off of the suggestions of other users on this board. It is free just like Gimp.

I redid my logo and really got into using inkscape and free vectors.
