Hahahaha. Funny post Kombat. I was just at national home few conference in San Diego and I was next to Mitch Steele while he was getting a copy of Beersmith from Brad. Stone brewing uses it so...........

2 different FG from same batch

The temp probe for the fridge is in the middle. Stc-1000 probe. Both carboys have a stick on temp reading and both were the same. I aerated by shaking first as I ran out of O2. But 10 hours later I added 30 seconds of O2 with a diffusion stone. I did let the beer sit for about 20 min in...

    West Coast Red recipe help

I didn't run it thru beer smith so I am going on your numbers. I would cut back the 75 crystal to maybe a pound. Also the Yeast seems not quite west coast. I havn't used it before but US-05 or wlp001 is closer to what pizza port would use. good luck

    Convoluted chiller won't chill

Thanks for all the replies. Yes I did check that the cooling water was opposite direction. At least 20 times just to make sure. If the copper one from more beer chillzilis can do it in one pass why can't mine? I didn't think I needed to recirculate but I can if I need to. I might just buy a...

I have checked for the hookups in counter flow setup about 20 times to make sure. I built a new brewery from keggles and testing all equipment prior to...
