    How bad of an idea is this? PVC for burner leg extensions

    I used to used this same stand, & know it looks horribly wobbly in his picture. In fact this was a very sturdy stand. What he has added is only extensions to the well secured legs. I wouldn't go this route but he says that it was tested.

    I know from experience that 5 gals of hot liquid is nothing to mess around with.

    There is another school of thought (which I subscribe to) that which is blown off you don't really want in your beer anyway.

    Star San - Works (but not great) killing the mildew the accumulates around the shower grout. I would imagine that if you diluted it 5X stronger it would work close to as good at Tilex. I think its main use is sanitizing dairy equipment. What dilution do you guys use to take painted labels of...
