worried about adding more extract*

I did actually pick up liquid yeast. I was worried about adding more towards the end as it jumps up the IBU's. I thought it might be a lot of hops but figured that the majority of my hops are going in at 5m and under that it might not end up being overly hoppy.

Thanks for the tip on the dry malt. I have already bought the ingredients for this brew but will consider that for the future. (I think I'm going to switch to partial mash soon.) Also good to know about the 15 min steeping of 0min hops. I'll definitely do that.

I'm not seeing the 1.074 OG on my recipe. I am seeing 1.048 unless I am missing something. As for the Citra cat pee flavor I know there are a ton of beers made solely with Citra so I am not too worried about that. Thanks for the feedback folks
