Good, I've only done a couple batches and this is the first I've seen of anything like this so I got a bit worried that maybe I messed up somewhere along the line or possible start of infection. Probably wait another 7-10 days and then bottle!
I can't really get a good picture of it but I'll post one. In the pic near the light, the bubbles you see are under the surface trapped in the hazy gunk. if it were proteins settling out... Would they be floating near the top as I'm seeing it? Fairly new to brewing so im still questioning...
