I am in the process of fermenting a red Irish ale and the its really bubbling in the air lock so much that its bubbling over, is that ok? or is that a bad thing
First off I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this beer? I was also wondering if some one could get a general recipe of it seeing as I could find out a whole lot of info on it since its a beer from Belgium that my cousin brought home, and the company's site didn't have much info on it...
first beer was a wheat beer, i more or less have been drinking lately blue moon and sam adams cherry wheat.....but im looking for something new to do and try.
well i just got done making my first batch of beer and its all bottled, I was wondering what suggestion you guys may have for another batch? preferably something simple as I am still learning and working through the hole process
Hey guys as of right now I have my first batch boiling i was wondering if your suppose to strain the wort out when you put it in the fermenter or leave everything together and then strain for the second phase of fermentation?
