I've had good success with True Brews American wheat extract kit. it was pretty good. One thing Ive been told and have learned about wheat beers is they are usually better young.
ya I did a big pack of the yeast and I'm sitting at about 10.5% according to my OG and FG I was concerned that I wouldnt get any carbonation in the bottles with it being so high.

I have the True brew Red ale jsut coming up to drinking age tasted as I check carbonation, I used the kit as is and added extra LME in the boil I also used LME as the primer. It is very tasty the owner of my LHBS calls it Umphing the recipe up.
