    Water quality

    I want to use my local tap water but don't know how to adjust. Any help would be appreciated. How does my local tap water quality look for homebrewing?

    What I did for beer today

    Transferred bourbon Porter to secondary with toasted coconut. Brewed a batch of blonde ale. And started some not so hard yet cider.

    Very good. A lil darker than some browns but I'm a fan of a heavier beer. I soaked the pecans in bourbon for a week before adding to 2nd ferm. Gave the beer a nice bite

    What I did for beer today

    Racked a London brown ale onto some pecans I've had soaking in bourbon for the past week. OG - 1.054 Racking gravity - 1.010 Pretty close to FG but we will see if the bourbon pecans have anything to give. Also had a very good taste. If anyone wants the recipe let me know.

    This is the water quality report for my area. What should I do to treat this water when brewing. I'm new to treating brew water and dont know where to start.

    Mill, keg/carboy rack, and brewery. Fermenting a brown ale now. Going to add bourbon pecans at 2nd fermentation.

    If you could design your homebrewery again, what would you do differently?

    I'm happy with my setup. But if/when I upgrade I will put a temp control feature on my mash tank (middle)
